Our projects that are competed / in write up include:
- Using cardiopulmonary exercise testing as a risk stratification tool for patients undergoing major colorectal surgery
This project was funded by NIHR Research for Patient Benefit Grant Programme and took place from 2008 - 2013. The project was a multi-centre randomised controlled trial and lead by PI Prof Mike Grocott
- SNAP-1 - a Sprint National Anaesthesia Project to measure patient reported outcome from anaesthesia.
The project was funded by NIAA, Royal College of Anaesthetists and UCLH Biomedical Research Centre. This was a multi-centre observational cohort study (in conjunction with NIAA-HSRC) and was led byPI Dr Ramani Moonesinghe and trainee lead Dr Ellie Walker
- Validation of QoR-15 in ambulatory care which was led by trainee lead Dr Maria Chazapis
